The eco-friendly equipment evaporator is designed specifically for environmental protection equipment that requires stable and efficient thermal performance. 
The evaporator core measures 800 mm in length, 173.2 mm in width, and 490 mm in height, with mold dimensions of 9.52 × 25 × 21.65, providing a balanced structure that supports high heat exchange capacity while remaining easy to integrate into various systems.
The core is equipped with hydrophilic corrugated sheets featuring a sheet spacing of 1.6 mm and a sheet thickness of 0.115 mm. 
This fin design increases the effective heat transfer area, improves condensate drainage, and helps maintain consistent performance in humid or demanding operating conditions. 
Copper-aluminum welded piping is used to ensure strong, leak-free connections between different materials, supporting long-term reliability and stable refrigerant flow.
An all-aluminum core offers excellent corrosion resistance and reduced weight, while the 1.5 mm galvanized sheet metal housing adds structural strength and protection against harsh environments.
