The copper-tube aluminum-fin evaporator is designed to provide efficient, reliable, and durable heat transfer for a wide range of applications. 
Its core measures 315 mm in length, 50.8 mm in width, and 63.5 mm in height, with an overall extended height of 281 mm and mold dimensions of 7 × 21 × 12.7. 
This compact yet highly effective design allows for easy integration into HVAC systems, portable cooling units, and industrial thermal management setups, delivering consistent performance without occupying excessive space.
The heat exchanger features hydrophilic aluminum foil with a sheet spacing of 1.75 mm and a thickness of 0.105 mm, which increases the effective heat transfer area, improves condensate drainage, and ensures stable operation under varying environmental conditions. 
Copper-aluminum welded piping provides secure, leak-free connections while optimizing refrigerant flow, combining the thermal conductivity of copper with the lightweight, corrosion-resistant properties of aluminum. The all-aluminum core, together with 1.5 mm aluminum sheet metal, ensures a lightweight yet durable structure capable of withstanding long-term operation.
